The 1.8mm Poly Tube is ideal for trout patterns and lighter steelhead flies such as marabou tubes. It can be tied on directly or used as a liner for metal tubes or added weight, offering exceptional versatility at the vise.
The 3mm Poly Tube provides a solid foundation for larger steelhead patterns like Intruders as well as saltwater streamers. Its internal diameter perfectly accommodates the 1.8mm tube, allowing you to create cone-headed flies by using the smaller tube as a liner. The material is soft enough to fish without junction tubing—simply insert the hook eye and go—while remaining compatible with junction or vinyl tubing for anglers who prefer that setup.
