- This is a general purpose adult mayfly imitation
- Designed by Bitterroot River guide Andy Carlson
- This is an evolution of the original Parachute Adams and now one of the most popular general purpose flies
Developed by Bitterroot River guide, Andy Carlson. The Purple Haze is a variation of the very popular Parachute Adams. The fly replicates many hatches such as mahoganies, BWO's, march browns, brown drakes and other mayflies. This fly can also be used as just a general attractor fly. The fly uses Wonderwrap on the body and floats very well.
