The Sexy Walt’s Worm is an updated take on that same trusted pattern, made a little “sexy” with extra flash, a bright hotspot, and a tungsten jig hook to get it down fast. It isn't really a worm at all. It’s a larva/nymph-style pattern that imitates aquatic insects like caddis larvae, crane fly larvae, scuds, or tiny worms, depending on what the trout are feeding on. Its slim, buggy profile rides hook‑point‑up and darts along the bottom, imitating everything from caddis and crane fly larvae to scuds and worms.
