Like the original "Hare's Ear", the jigged is tied with less material. Keeping the material sparce makes the surface area on the fly very little, quickly putting Kelly's Jigged Hare's Ear on the bottom of the water column. Works best under an indicator, under a dry or tight line with a Euro rod.
