The Mini Puff is a simple, classic style of bonefish fly designed by Captain Neil Bohannon for shallow water conditions and spooky fish. The soft chenille head helps to soften the splashdown so that it makes less noise on entry. The whole point of the puff is to achieve a slow sink rate.
