Two layers of nylon webbing secure the D-Ring to a 840 denier 42 oz neoprene base. A strip of neoprene covers the nylon, protecting it from UV and abrasions. Colored Pennel Orca is glued on top to complete the patch. D-Rings are stainless steel.
