Patrick Dorsy invented the Kwan fly by taking the best elements from Del Brown's Merkin crab and Tim Borski's Shrimp pattern. This is a do it all, catch every species pattern from bonefish to redfish. It's made to imitate the crustaceus "creatures" that frequent the flats and backcountry mangrove lines.
