This is Rene Harrop's small improvement to the classic Griffith's Gnat. He added a small tuft of CDC to the front of the fly so that it floats better and it's easier to see in certain conditions. Other than that this is the classic adult midge cluster pattern that has been hard to beat for a very long time.
