The Rene Harrop Fertile Caddis is a great pattern to fish when egg laying caddis are on the water.
This is a bright fly that's fairly easy to see even though it has a small profile.
This is also a good pattern to fish as a second fly or as a drowned caddis off the back of your main dry fly.
