A must have fly for any angler, especially those tight line nymphing and presenting flies near the bottom with deep nymph rigs. Carry a variety of colors for varying water visibilities. At times fish will viciously strike red colored worms, but at other times ignore it and only take tan. We don't know why, but we have found that certain days, the trout are very aggressive toward one color versus another.
